• Create an account on testpaper.ai

  To sign in to testpaper.ai, you'll need to download the testpaper.ai mobile app with your mobile devices (Android phones, iPhones, iPads and Android tablets). With a testpaper.ai account, you can access hundreds of Primary 5 and 6 past years test papers. There are other features such as A.I. worksheets, topical practise (Choose certain areas of test paper to work on) and study progress dashboard.
  

  testpaper.ai is available on all phones and tablets. You don’t have to choose. You can have testpaper.ai app available on one or more of your devices at the same time! Have it wherever you are!

• Is testpaper.ai mobile app free?

  testpaper.ai is free for the first 3 test papers. Pick any 3 test papers from among hundreds of test papers in our collection and start trying it out. We want you to be fully informed and happy with our app before purchasing!

• How to download testpaper.ai ?

  Download testpaper.ai onto your Android devices
  Step 1: Open the Play Store app which is located in your list of icons on your phone/tablet. You will need to sign in to your Google account to access this if you have one. If not, register and get a Google account.
  Step 2: The Google Play store will open with a list of topics including Apps, Movies & TV, Books, Games, Music and Magazines.
  Step 3: Choose Search.
  Step 4: You can do a search for our app by typing testpaper.ai in the Search field.
  Step 5: Once you reach the testpaper.ai app page, the information about the app will be shown with an ‘Install’ button. Tap on the Install button and follow the instructions. It may ask you for permission to continue, tap Accept.
  Step 6: Download the app to your device.
  Step 7: Create an account with us! This process will start automatically upon downloading the app.
  

  Download testpaper.ai onto your iOS devices
  Step 1: On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app.
  Step 2: Tap the Search tab and key in testpaper.ai
  Step 3: Tap the Get button to download the app.
  Step 4: Create an account with us!
  

• What happens after I download testpaper.ai mobile app?

  This will be similar for both Android and iOS devices. Below we list down the steps you go through during this process.
  

  Step 1: Open the app. You will be shown our Sign up page. Click on the Sign up link at the bottom right corner or sign up with any of your Social Media accounts.(Facebook, Google or Apple)
  Step 2: To Sign up with your Social Media accounts, just click on any of the relevant icons at the bottom of the page. To sign up with your email address, click on the Sign up link.
  Step 3: At the Sign up page, you will be asked to create an account. Just enter your email and password. Click on Create My Account.
  Step 4: You will receive a verification email in your inbox. Please check your spam/junk or promotions inbox if you don’t see one in your main inbox.
  Step 5: Once you have opened your verification email, please click on the “Verify Email” button in the email.
  Step 6: If you have our app installed on your device, you will be brought to the app next to create your first profile! If you do not have the app installed, you will be brought to the App/Play Store to install the app first.

• I have three children, can they share an account?

  Each signed in parent can create a separate profile for each child, up to five children. Each child profile has a separate set of viewing preferences and analytics recommendations, allowing multiple kids of different ages to get the most out of the app.

• How can I sign up for a subscription plan?

  You can sign up for any of our subscription plans from our app. Please download our app and sign up for an account to subscribe to our subscription plans.

  Our iOS app subscriptions are handled directly by Apple, meaning your Apple ID will be charged monthly or yearly for your membership. Similarly, our Google Play Store app subscriptions are handled directly via Google. Thankfully, this ensures that whether you delete the apps, move to a newer device, or utilize cross-device syncing, you’ll always have your membership.

• How do I change my password?

  1) If you can't sign in to testpaper.ai, you can reset your password via the app.
  a) If you are not logged in to the app, go to the Sign up/Welcome page.
  b) Click on the Forget Password link below the Sign in button.
  c) Enter your email address and select Forget Password.
  d) Follow the steps in the password reset email you receive. The email will typically arrive within a few minutes, and contains a link that will sign you in to the testpaper.ai app automatically. Once signed in, you'll be asked to create a new password. Your new password should not be the same as your previous password.
  

  2) If you are logged on to testpaper.ai and you want to change your password. You can do the following:
  a) Go to the navigation menu on the app.
  b) Select SETTINGS.
  c) Select CHANGE PASSWORD.
  d) Key in the new and old passwords accordingly.
  e) Select Change password.
  f) Your password will be updated.
